VOMRO engineering approach

We develop engineering solutions for your project.

You do not need to share every technical detail in your first message to start working with VOMRO. Describe the intended use and general requirement. At your request, we complete the NDA arrangements before detailed technical information, drawings and source files are shared.

At the end of the project, we deliver the development source codes, electronic and mechanical design files and technical documents to you. Which files will be prepared in which format is clarified at the beginning with a written delivery list. This connects the development process not just to a working sample, but to the delivery of project deliverables that you can use in subsequent maintenance and production phases.

01

Confidentiality before technical details

The information to be confidential and the project data to be shared are determined together at the beginning. Product idea, technical specifications, drawings, software, measurement results and commercial project details can be discussed in this context. Project-specific information sharing is carried out within the determined scope.

For proposal evaluation, we can first discuss the work the product will do, the operating environment and the expected scope. As we move to the stage of sharing detailed files, we plan the NDA process together. The technical drawings on the site are conceptual images describing development areas.

  • NDA process before technical information sharing
  • Determining the information to be shared and the scope of access
  • Controlled sharing of project documents
02

Source code and design files are delivered

For projects involving embedded software and server applications, we deliver project source code, build and installation information and release notes. Electronics deliverables include schematics, PCB design sources, production outputs and the bill of materials.

Model, assembly and technical drawing files created within the scope of mechanical and industrial design are also delivered with the relevant project outputs. File formats and revisions are tracked through the initial submission list; The delivered version is matched to the working prototype or approved design revision.

  • Firmware and server software source files
  • Schematic, PCB, production files and BOM
  • Mechanical CAD, assembly and technical drawings
03

Records for testing, installation and ongoing development

Depending on project scope, the delivery package includes test results, communication interfaces, connection documentation and programming or installation procedures. This makes the design baseline for subsequent revisions traceable.

Ready-made components, manufacturer tools and third-party software libraries are used under their own licenses. Their place in the project and the external services required for operation are clarified at the beginning. The delivery of the project's development outputs and ongoing hosting, maintenance or new feature development needs are clearly defined in the same plan.

  • Approved revision and test outputs
  • Installation, programming and interface explanations
  • Identification of third-party components and licenses

How it works

A clear process from start to delivery.

Not every project looks the same; however, the measurable requirement, controlled revision, and field verification steps remain unchanged.

Frequently asked questions

Before starting the project

The technical scope, deliverables and test plan are clarified together according to the requirements of your project.

Can we sign NDA before sending project details?

Yes. We can complete the NDA arrangements together before technical details and files are shared. Describing your general requirement is sufficient for the initial contact.

Do you deliver source codes and drawings at the end of the project?

Yes. We deliver the source codes, electronic and mechanical design files and technical documents of the project we have developed at the end of the project. The delivery list and file formats are clarified at the beginning.

How can you identify the version of the delivered files?

The files are associated with the approved design and software revision. Release descriptions, production files and test records are organized in the same delivery package according to the relevant project scope.
