Do I need a ready-made schematic to make an electronic circuit board?
No. You can start a circuit development project with a product idea, a video of your existing machine in operation or a simple drawing. Tell us where the device will operate, what it will measure and control, and your approximate quantity. We clarify any technical details you are unsure about together during the discussion and review.
If you have a schema, software or working example, we will also evaluate these. After reviewing the status and usage rights of the design documents, a scope is created to improve the existing structure or design a new circuit board.
A design that replaces a board in an existing machine must do more than fit the same dimensions. Together, we define the connections, communications and machine behaviour that must be preserved. Sharing the following information, where available, helps distinguish what can be reused from what needs to change.
- Connector and pin details, supply voltages, and the communication protocol and message list, if available
- Access to a sample board or the machine, functions to retain, and a suitable time window for field trials
