Data storage and server integration development

We develop the server infrastructure where data is collected, stored and presented to applications for our customers' device and automation projects. We plan storage requirements along with hardware layout, server software and user access.

Your project, your product

Developed confidentially and delivered with source files.

We may work with a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before sharing technical details. At the end of the project, we deliver the source codes, design files and technical documents we have developed to you.

  • NDA before sharing technical information
  • Clear deliverables agreed at the outset
  • Source and technical files at the end of the project

VOMRO engineering approach

We calculate the storage need starting from the data generating system.

Sensor logs, events, user actions, and files do not grow at the same rate. The amount of data as well as retention time, query format, and concurrent access also affect server design. First, it is determined which information is kept, why and how it will be used.

VOMRO develops device connections, data model and management application together according to the project requirement. The system can operate on the local network or communicate with remote servers; The behavior on disconnection is defined from the beginning.

01

Data model and retention policy

Capacity needs are derived from the recording frequency, number of devices and estimated growth. Different retention rules may apply for raw data, summary and archive. Timestamp, device ID and version information make data easier to track; deletion and archiving operations are linked to the application's running scenario.

  • Capacity and growth plan
  • Data recording, querying and archiving structure
02

App and device integration

APIs, the management dashboard and device communication are developed using shared data definitions. User roles, access boundaries and operation logs are planned. Explicit rules handle duplicate records and missing data after retransmission or temporary connection loss; load scenarios are assessed on the prototype.

  • Device and application interfaces
  • Authorization and transaction traceability
03

Maintenance, backup and physical location

Backup interval and restore targets are determined according to the needs of the business. Disk redundancy alone is not a substitute for backup; Incorrect deletion and software error are also considered. If special hardware is used, disk access, cooling, power and rack placement are evaluated along with mechanical design.

  • Restore scenarios
  • Service and hardware access

How it works

A clear process from start to delivery.

Not every project looks the same; however, the measurable requirement, controlled revision, and field verification steps remain unchanged.

  1. 01

    We define the data

We identify the data sources, growth, retention period and access requirements.

  2. 02

    We plan the architecture

We build server, storage, application and device interfaces together.

  3. 03

    We test the flow

We evaluate data ingestion, querying and restoration scenarios.

  4. 04

    We deliver the system

We organise the source code, configurations and technical documentation together.

Frequently asked questions

Before starting the project

The technical scope, deliverables and test plan are clarified together according to the requirements of your project.

Can the data be kept on our own server?

Yes. Local installation can be planned by examining network access, security policy, maintenance responsibility and capacity requirements.

Can data be shared with the current system?

The scope of integration is determined by examining the interfaces, data formats and access rights supported by the current system.

Are source code and configurations delivered?

We deliver project source code, design files and technical documents at completion, with the list clarified at the outset. Confidential work can be covered by an NDA.

Can we work with NDA before sharing technical details?

Yes. We can complete the NDA arrangements together before you share your project's technical details.
